International calling and travel

• All plans include unlimited calls and texts to Mexico and Canada when the member is in the US.
• Visible+ and Visible+ Pro include roaming in Canada, Mexico, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands without triggering Global Pass.
• When traveling in Mexico and Canada, talk and text are unlimited within the country and back to the US; data is slowed to 3G after 2 GB per day.
• On the base Visible plan, Global Pass for Canada, Mexico, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands costs $5 a day; coverage in over 140 countries costs $10 a day.
• Each Global Pass day gives unlimited calls and texts within the visited country and back to the US, plus 2 GB of high-speed data, then 3G speeds.
• To use Global Pass, the member must enable it in the account, have a payment method on file and turn on Autopay.
• Visiting several Global Pass countries within 24 hours starts a new session and a new fee for each.
• Visible+ includes one complimentary Global Pass day per month (12 upfront on the annual plan).
• Visible+ Pro includes two complimentary Global Pass days per month, up to 24 a year.
• If more than half of usage over 60 days is in the travel destination, Visible may disable or limit service there.
• Visible+ Pro includes up to 500 minutes per month of calls from the US to a list of 85+ countries and territories.
• Visible+ Pro includes unlimited texting from the US to 200+ countries and calling to 85+ countries.
• Owners of phones not bought from Visible must check with the manufacturer whether the phone can roam.

eSIM

• Visible service can be activated by eSIM in less than 15 minutes.
• Activation with eSIM is done in the Visible app over Wi-Fi.
• Phones that are not eSIM compatible get a physical SIM card by mail in 3-5 business days, or overnight on Visible+.
• The 15-day free trial requires a phone with eSIM that is compatible with Visible.

Bringing your own phone and number

• A phone bought elsewhere can be used on Visible if it is unlocked and compatible; Visible offers a Compatibility Checker.
• To port a number, the member needs the old carrier's account number and PIN and should not cancel the old service first.
• Visible charges no activation fee.
• Devices made before 2020 are not 5G compatible and may not work on Visible's network.
• Phones bought from Visible on or after January 20, 2026 are unlocked on request after 365 days of active, paid service.

Network management: speeds, hotspot and video

• On the Visible plan, data may be temporarily slower than other traffic when the network is busy.
• Visible+ and Visible+ Pro get premium data, which Visible defines as no slowdowns due to prioritization.
• Hotspot data is unlimited but capped at 15 Mbps on Visible+ Pro, 10 Mbps on Visible+ and 5 Mbps on Visible.
• On 5G and 4G LTE, video is delivered at up to 1080p on Visible+ Pro, up to 720p on Visible+, and up to 480p on Visible.
• On 5G Ultra Wideband, video is delivered at up to 1080p on Visible+ and up to 4K on Visible+ Pro, but the default may be lower until changed in the account.
• Mobile users whose monthly data use exceeds the top 0.5% average (currently 450 GB) may be slowed to 1.5 Mbps for the rest of the billing month.
• Visible may review usage patterns to see whether the service is being used as a home broadband replacement.

FAQ

What network does Visible use?

Visible says it runs on the networks of its parent company, Verizon. Visible's mobile service is provided by Verizon Value, Inc.

How much does Visible cost, and are taxes included?

The Visible plan costs $25 a month with taxes and fees included, on Verizon's 5G and 4G LTE networks. The Visible+ plan's broadband label lists a monthly price of $35. The Visible+ Pro plan's broadband label lists a monthly price of $45. The broadband labels list no provider monthly fees, no one-time fees, no early termination fee, and government taxes included.

Is the $30 Visible+ price the regular price?

The plans page headlines Visible+ 'as low as $30/mo', a price that relies on the 5OFF5 code (regular price $35). The 5OFF5 code gives new members $5 a month off Visible+ ($35) or Visible+ Pro ($45) for 60 months, only when they port in a number from an eligible carrier. The current 5OFF5 offer ends October 29, 2026. After the 5OFF5 promotion, standard rates apply; it does not apply to annual plans and requires 60 consecutive months of service for the full benefit.

Can I call Mexico and Canada from the US with Visible?

All plans include unlimited calls and texts to Mexico and Canada when the member is in the US.
